Alpine Resorts Victoria’s Corporate Plan provides a roadmap for the achievement of our strategic objectives now and into the future.
As required by section 46 of the Alpine Resorts Management Act 1997, our plan highlights the year ahead, while also detailing our long-term goals for the four-year life of the plan.
Our Statement of Corporate Intent reflects the priority areas of the Minister’s Letter of Expectations:

- Community and stakeholder engagement
- Financial sustainability
- Integrating climate change adaptation into decision-making across the business
- Partnerships with Traditional Owners, developing cultural competency and self-determination.
The ARV Corporate Plan 2024-2027 complies with and responds to the most recent requirements issued by the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) and the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF).
