Have your say on the Tour Operator Licensing policy and fees review
The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) is reviewing the licensing policy and fees for tour operators and activities providers on public land.
The Directions phase of the review is underway and DEECA is inviting operators to:
- complete a survey or upload a submission on - Public land tour operator and activity provider licensing review 2023 | Engage Victoria. - open until 18 July 2023
- attend an online Directions workshop. Registration is via EngageVictoria or via the links in the table below.

Fitness ProviderDirections Workshop 1 | Monday 10 July 2023 5pm - 6pmClick the above link to register | This is for licensed tour operators who are fitness providers. Outdoor fitness providers include personal and group training activities such as running, swimming, stretch and strength, yoga, pilates, tai chi and bootcamp. This workshop will provide an overview of the Directions of the tour operator licensing policy and fees review and focus on matters specific to fitness providers. Participants can ask questions and provide feedback. |

Licensed Tour Operator -Directions Workshop | Tuesday 11 July 2023 4pm - 5pmClick the above link to register | This workshop is for any licensed tour operators operating on Crown land. This includes those licensed by Parks Victoria, Great Ocean Road Coasts and Parks Authority, Alpine Resorts Victoria, or delegated Crown land managers such as City of Melbourne, City of Yarra, City of Port Phillip, Bayside City Council, Shrine of Remembrance, Phillip Island Nature Park and more. The workshop will provide an overview of the Directions of the tour operator licensing policy and fees review. Participants can ask questions and provide feedback. |
