Operational issues and development updates have been key topics of discussion among the ARV Stakeholder Consultative Committees (SCCs), along with the progress of the ARV transition and sector-wide issues including staff accommodation and bushfire insurance.
An expanded section of the ARV website now includes information on SCC membership, meeting dates, and a report on the key topics discussed in each meeting, as well as contact information for the SCCs.
The Stakeholder Consultative Committees are a key component of ARV’s engagement with the alpine community. They provide ARV and our alpine communities a forum for discussing:
- Matters relating to the promotion, operation, management, development and use of the resort;
- Strategic matters affecting alpine resorts and surrounding communities (including First Nations people);
- The development of the alpine resorts strategic plan; and
- Matters relating to fees and contributions for the provision of services by ARV.
Stakeholders can contact their resort’s SCC via their resort representatives or by using the email address published on the resort’s SCC website page.
