In 2025, the ARV Corporate Services team delivered major operational improvements while meeting higher standards of government compliance—setting the foundation for more efficient and resilient services across our alpine resorts. This has included:

Financial Operations Streamlined
Accounts payable processes were streamlined to weekly cycles, accelerating supplier payments, and a single Enterprise Agreement was introduced to unify all employees and assist with simplifying payroll processing.

Legislative changes were initiated to ensure borrowing powers secured better fleet leasing rates, while improved debtor management supported stakeholders experiencing financial hardship.

Governance and Integrity Frameworks
Corporate Services team members strengthened transparency and ethical decision-making through improved management of conflicts of interest, external complaints, freedom of information, privacy, fraud and corruption controls, and gifts and benefits compliance.

Supporting Core Services
Throughout 2025 the team continued to coordinate common insurance, legal services, and internal audits, while managing extensive reporting obligations to DEECA, DJCS, OVIC, and VAGO.

These initiatives collectively position ARV to deliver efficient, compliant, and resilient services for all staff and stakeholders. With a commitment to continuous improvement further work will be undertaken in 2026.
