The Board and Subcommittee Charters for ARV define the respective roles and responsibilities of directors appointed to the Board and Board Subcommittees (both individually and collectively) and the policy and legal environment within which ARV operates. From time to time, the Board may choose to add or remove Subcommittees depending on the need.
