ARV’s team at Falls Creek is proud to announce the 19th Annual Ice Plunge in partnership with FightMND. Set to kick off the first day of winter, this event invites stakeholders, community and visitors to take part in supporting those impacted by Motor Neurone Disease (MND).
The Ice Plunge is an opportunity for community and visitors to come together in a public display of support for the fight against MND. Through participation and fundraising stakeholders can contribute directly to a cause that is making real progress in research.
FightMND is one of Australia’s leading organisations dedicated to finding effective treatments and ultimately a cure for Motor Neurone Disease. Since its establishment in 2014, FightMND has invested millions of dollars in groundbreaking research, equipment for patients, and awareness initiatives. Their work has accelerated the development of new therapies and provided hope to thousands of Australians living with MND and their families.
By joining the Falls Creek Ice Plunge, stakeholders and visitors are aligning with this incredible cause whilst also kicking off winter with a little cold therapy, and sauna.
