The new Digital Visitor Servicing Platform (DVSP) is now live across all resorts for season permit sales, the first time all six resorts have operated on a single-sales and booking platform. Day permits and other resort products will be available on the platform in the near future.
Early sales performance has been strong, and we have received positive feedback from visitors and resort teams about the smoother purchase experience this year.
Work is progressing on the next major component, the guest facing interface, that will combine real time car parking availability for each resort. This aligns with day permit sales and will give visitors a clear view of parking capacity at each of the resorts before they travel, helping them plan their trip and reducing congestion and uncertainty on peak days.
In parallel, a new occupancy dashboard is being developed for resort operations staff that integrates permit sales data with license plate recognition reads, providing the resorts with a real time view of arrivals, capacity and operational pressure points.
Together, these developments will significantly enhance visitor experience, operational decision making and resort entry coordination.
