The ARV team at Mt Baw Baw has marked a major milestone leading into the 2026 snow season with the successful rollout of a new digital booking platform. A part of the large Digital Visitor Service Platform (DVSP) project, it’s designed to deliver a more seamless and modern experience for visitors and operational teams alike.

The new system consolidates a wide range of resort offerings into a single, user-friendly interface. Guests can now easily browse and book snowsports products including ski and snowboard rentals, lift passes, and snowsport lessons alongside popular on-mountain experiences such as husky sled rides. This integrated approach streamlines the booking journey and reflects the resort’s ongoing commitment to improving accessibility and convenience for all visitors.

With a more intuitive shopfront the upgrade is complemented by refreshed visual assets, including new icons and imagery captured during the resort’s 2025 photo shoot. These updates contribute to a more engaging digital presence that better reflects the Mt Baw Baw brand.

From an operational standpoint, the platform delivers meaningful improvements for resort staff. New functionality provides greater visibility into guest booking activity, including real-time cart insights, while updated product management tools enable offerings to be organised within structured categories. These enhancements will simplify day-to-day administration and support more sophisticated reporting capabilities in the future.

The transition has provided an opportunity to review and refine the resort’s product offering and ensure pricing structures are competitive and aligned with both commercial objectives and industry benchmarks.

Resort Acting General Manager, Danny Edmunds, has positioned the upgrade as a significant step forward in Mt Baw Baw’s digital transformation journey. By modernising its booking infrastructure, the resort aims to deliver a more efficient, flexible, and enjoyable experience both online and on the mountain to enhance to visitor experience for the 2026 snow season.
