The Mt Buller Operations team has delivered a strong program of works throughout the green season, reinforcing this year’s focus on guest experience and resort presentation.

Alongside the completion of routine maintenance and capital works, the team has prioritised a series of aesthetic upgrades designed to enhance the look and feel of the village environment. These smaller, detail-oriented improvements play an important role in creating a welcoming and well-maintained resort for residents and visitors alike.

Recent works include the repainting of all waste huts across the resort, re-oiling timber elements at bus shelters, and refreshing heavily used concrete bollards to ensure both durability and visual consistency. Collectively, these upgrades demonstrate a continued commitment to maintaining high standards across key guest touchpoints.

In addition to physical improvements, Mt Buller is also introducing a new digital initiative aimed at streamlining maintenance reporting. A trial of a smartphone app is set to launch, providing residents and visitors with a simple and efficient way to report issues as they arise. The platform will enable accurate, real-time information capture, supporting faster response times and improved service delivery from the maintenance team.

This combination of practical upgrades and innovative solutions ensures the resort continues to evolve, delivering an enhanced experience for all stakeholders ahead of the upcoming season.
