An Expression of Interest (EOI) process has been launched by Alpine Resorts Victoria (ARV) inviting submissions for the commercial operation of the Buller Airzone facility at Mt Buller Alpine Resort.

This EOI provides an opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced operator to take on the management of an established alpine attraction, with scope to drive future growth through the delivery of high-quality visitor experiences and the potential development of additional products and services.

Buller Airzone was constructed and commenced operations in 2018 to enhance the year-round visitor experience at Mt Buller and to provide high quality training facilities for elite alpine athletes. Since that time, the offering has expanded to appeal to a broader public market, welcoming around 7,000 customers in 2025.

The facility currently offers a range of indoor adventure and training experiences, including five high performance trampolines (including an uber tramp), a giant airbag with three activity options, an inflatable bouldering wall, and a self-belaying rock-climbing wall.

Buller Airzone is located within the prominent Alpine Central building in Mt Buller Village, alongside complementary visitor services including the visitor information centre, museum, cinema and gym, positioning it within a high profile, high traffic precinct.

ARV welcomes submissions from parties with strong commercial, operational and customer experience capability who are interested in playing a key role in the continued development of Mt Buller Alpine Resort.
