Expressions of Interest for New Commercial Opportunities at Hotham Hub
Alpine Resorts Victoria has launched an Expression of Interest (EOI) for a range of rarely offered commercial opportunities at the newly developed Hotham Hub at Wire Plain.
The newly built infrastructure was delivered by Alpine Resorts Victoria with support and significant investment from the Australian Federal Government’s Local Economic Recovery program and Victorian State Governments Regional Tourism Investment Fund.
The Hub is central to inspiring alpine attractions and offers the perfect base for visitor activities. This vibrant space provides the opportunity to attract more visitors to Victoria’s spectacular alpine region, with state-of-the-art facilities to support exceptional snow play experiences for this high growth market, further strengthening the alpine resorts vital contribution to Victoria’s economy.
Commercial opportunities are available now across retail & rental, food & beverage, and toboggan slope operations. Alpine Resorts Victoria has a keen interest in business partner with innovative and sustainable operations, that can contribute to the vibrancy and long-term success of Mt Hotham.

- End of period for questions or requests for information: 5pm, Wednesday 28 January 2026
- EOI Submission Period: Opens Wednesday 14 January 2026 and closes 4pm, Friday 13 February 2026
- Intended date of appointment: From Monday 9 March 2026
