The Minister for Environment has endorsed Alpine Resorts Victoria’s Corporate Plan 2026–2029, setting a clear direction for ARV and its priorities across Victoria’s six alpine resorts.

The Corporate Plan provides a roadmap for ARV’s work over the coming years, balancing the delivery of essential services and infrastructure with environmental stewardship, visitor outcomes, financial sustainability and support for alpine communities.

At the centre of the Plan are five strategic objectives, providing the framework for ARV’s priorities, including growing and enhancing visitor experiences, protecting alpine biodiversity, progressing climate change adaptation, improving the financial sustainability of the resorts and strengthening partnerships across the sector.

Partnership and engagement will remain central to delivery of the Plan. ARV will continue to work with Traditional Owners, alpine communities, businesses, industry, government and Stakeholder Consultative Committees as it progresses priorities across the resorts.

The Corporate Plan reflects ARV’s ongoing commitment to its vision of vibrant, sustainable and thriving alpine resorts that can be embraced by all and enjoyed by generations to come.
