Two new resort General Managers appointed

Callum Brown is the new General Manager at Lake Mountain. Callum has held senior roles within alpine resorts for over a decade, including working as the Director of Infrastructure and Mountain Response at Falls Creek RMB for nearly a decade, and currently working as ARV’s Head of Assets Portfolio working across all resorts.

He has a comprehensive understanding of resort operations and infrastructure, a can-do attitude, and a true passion for everything alpine, so he will be a great addition to the Lake Mountain team.

Callum will be based in the resort over the winter period and looks forward to working more closely with the Lake Mountain team, the local community and visitors.

Dean De Santis, is the new General Manager at Falls Creek. Dean’s former role, as General Manager of Lake Mountain together with his previous roles in the public and private sectors, means he brings a wealth of experience in environmental management, operational efficiencies and team leadership to effectively lead the team and manage the resort at Falls Creek. Dean has over 20 years of executive experience in Australian and international markets, working across a range of diverse industries such as construction, sports events management, retail operations and local government.

Dean is delighted to be taking on this new opportunity, connecting with resort stakeholders and visitors over the coming months, and together with his family, excited by the prospect of moving to the resort before this coming winter.
