Like many business operators in the alpine resorts, planning and preparation is underway for the 2026 winter snow season. Alpine Resorts Victoria (ARV) has commenced recruitment with a wide range of seasonal roles opening progressively over the coming weeks for each of the alpine resorts.

The ARV’s Careers page will serve as the central hub for all job opportunities this winter, with new positions added regularly as recruitment ramps up. Stakeholders and prospective applicants will also see vacancies promoted across ARV’s social media channels, making it easier to stay updated as roles become available.

In addition to ARV’s website, many positions will be advertised on major employment platforms including Seek and Jora, helping broaden the reach to potential candidates across Victoria and interstate.

ARV is recruiting for a diverse mix of roles essential to delivering a safe and high-quality snow season experience. Opportunities span guest facing and operational areas, including hospitality attendants, lift and ticketing staff, outdoor operations support, and specialist roles such as ski patrollers.

Early applications are strongly encouraged, with ARV adopting an active recruitment approach to fill roles as suitable candidates are identified. Subsidised accommodation will also be available for certain positions, helping attract seasonal workers to the alpine regions.

Interviews for winter 2026 seasonal appointments are expected to begin from mid-March, with most teams aiming to have core staff onboarded ahead of pre-season training and resort preparation activities.

ARV encourages anyone interested in joining Victoria’s alpine workforce to monitor the Careers page and apply early for the best chance of securing a position.
